Wishing Well have today released ”Pilgrim Caravan” as the second single off their “Rat Race” album, which was released on 2 March on Inverse Records.

“Pilgrim Caravan” is a story of a young boy’s pilgrimage to Mecca and the song features Arabic violin played by Syrian violinist Mouafak Baravi. “Pilgrim Caravan” is an ambitious piece of work, which successfully combines doom metal feel with tribal ambience, resulting as a very strong and original heavy metal song. The song is written by guitar player Anssi Korkiakoski.

Wishing Well are a hard rock band from Helsinki, Finland. The band features Chilean vocalist Rafael Castillo, Hammond-organist Arto Teppo, drummer Juha Kivikanto, bassist Rick Becker and guitarist Anssi Korkiakosk
