Morass Of Molasses recently played Bannermans in Edinburgh, and were fortunate enough to have a camera there to capture one of their new songs. ‘Woe Betide’ slated for their next release, it marks an evolution in sound for the band, driven partially by the influence of new drummer Raj Puni.
Frontman Bones says this: ‘We are all really hyped about the new songs we have been writing. They are pushing at edges of what people recognise us to be and yet still retain the core of what we are about as a band’
The band return to the studio at the end of July to record their second album. At the helm is producer Ian Sadler at Emeline Studios, who has previously worked with Doom/Post Metal titans Ohhms.
